James Cunnama
Off his podium finish at Wildflower, James is back racing defending his title at Rev3 Quassy this weekend. Last year, James came to Quassy and suprised everyone except teamTBB by running away with the win at this epic course against a stacked field. This year, despite facing some challenges over the last 12 months, we won't be suprised if he does it again. James is tough and ready to take on another tough field. He will face challenges from Joe Gambles, Richie Cunningham, Matty Reed, Jesse Thomas, and Paul Matthews. James expects to be challenged by this stacked field but is confident that he will deliver his best performance.
The course starts with a lake swim moves on to a hard hilly bike course and finishes with a half marathon that is equally hard and hilly putting the final nail in the coffin for the competitors. James is excited for the hard bike and run courses. He had a solid start to his season and finished 3rd at Wildflower last month. This is just the start of what teamTBB knows will be a great 2012 racing season for James!
Best of luck James! Defend that titel and go for the win!

Mary Beth Ellis
MBE is back racing after her win at IM Texas two weeks ago. She will head to New Hampshire in the USA to take on a very tough course and competitive field.
MBE reported in that she has recovered well from IM Texas. She said, “I am very excited to race Mooseman. The course is hard and hilly like my two favorite events: Wildflower and St. Croix. My recovery from Ironman has been great, but it will be a hard race from start to finish. I hope to give it my best shot and go for the win.”
MBE will face two-time world champion Lesley Patterson as well as 2009 US 70.3 Champ Amanda Stevens. In addition, to the top athletes the course will present a challenge. It starts with a very cold lake swim moves onto a hilly unrelenting bike course and finishes with a hard hilly run course.
The course at Mooseman is unrelenting similar to the course at Quassy that James will face. The swim is one loop in a cool clear mountain lake. Then, the athletes move onto a hilly unrelenting bike where they will complete two hard laps. Finally, the athletes will run hilly two loop circuit around the lake. The course is tough and the conditions could be anything from cold to hot.
