I know I saw that TriStar111 MN...definitely a possibility. There are about 3 different races that same day so we'll see. I'll probably be over here until late August.
I'm usually on skype in the evenings anywhere from 8-10pm my time so that would be 1-3pm your time which you're probably at work!

Yeah...I'm an idiot! I just now figured out how to use it...after being here 3 weeks (could I smell any worse?) How are you??? Miss you guys. Hope all is well. I'm on skype quite a bit here so let's chat soon!

Renner,
For the longer races I use the EFS on the bike...
1200 calories in 2x 24oz water bottles (600 cal. which is 6 scoops in each water bottle). It's very concentrated but I just take a quick sip of it every 10 minutes followed by water from my aero bottle.
I also alternate gummy worms just just to mix it up a little. At half way on the bike I eat a milky way which is always a nice treat!
On the run I carry 2x liquid shot flasks w/ 400 cal. each.

Brad,
So nice to meet you in Singapore. Thanks for the photos! Congrats on your race as well and best of luck in China. Will probably race Samui at the end of April and then head back to the States. Hope to see you at some races this year. All the best!

Best of luck to you T-Mac. I enjoyed training with you. I'll never forget missing our train stop coming back from the airport. Chris should have been paying attention! Where are we going to go for internet in Swiss this year? Thanks for all the good times.
