Ha Doc you are hilarious...
Well let me say this: there are some kick-ass swimmers in my immediate family, Commonwealth games and Olympic level swimmers in their day....
But I will let my coach Scotty D fill you in on my swimming abilities...
(and I am still a 'youngster', according to Scotty...)

Bek you should upload the Chopper Reed sections they used to put on The Footy Show - Doc could get some knew "Harden Up" sayings from them for the kiddies!!

I don't think it's the piece of paper you're really after; it would look pretty average.

The principles aren't hard and they're all over the forum:
1) K.I.S.S.
2) Work your ass off, then work a bit more;
3) Don't overthink everything

I think what you're after is the more complex matter of communication between Brett and his Pro athletes, or the Pro coaches and their age-grouper athletes....and that can't be written on a piece of paper.   Undecided

Hey Bek yeah that's me - it was awesome to actually meet you, love your work Smiley
I think Scott is awesome too, great coach and really nice person....and the swimming, well....all I can say is: that is why I was paired with him!!  I am a distance runner, always have been always will be.....but the swimming, it's taking some time!  He he....It'll get there.
Being a Pilates instructor myself....I'm having images of some of the girls your partner might get through the door....thinking Scottie might approve??  I lived on the goldie at uni and have some amazing female friends down there but most are attached unfortunately Sad
(I'm sure he doesn't need us doing this for him, he's quite capable on his own!!)
Nice work in Busso BTW - huge effort Smiley

Being a relatively new athlete of Scott's....I am finding this old post highly amusing!! (Ha I can see two-a-day swim sets coming for this...)
After reading this however, I think it's even more reason to go train with Bek on the Gold Coast....after all, classy chicks usually have classy friends, if you get my drift...!  Then Bek can approve yada yada...
Plus a chance to defrost in the land of Oz!!
Keep your standards high Scott you deserve an awesome chick Smiley  Grin
