I am abit like Renner, ...am very picky about which running shoes I use, However when I put on ON for the first time 10 days ago, straight away they felt really really good.  Soft on the landing and springy on the push off.  I am very impressed with them.

It was the hardest session I have done in a while but I am sure it helped my fitness!  ...like you say, race by race I am sure I will get better and stronger again!

I am definitely in Gran Canaria, Spain, so I am afraid it was'nt me!
The girl sounded like a real eye catcher though!

I do turn a few heads here when pushing the running buggy down the road, but that is more because nobody does running with a baby around here, ..people find it fascinating, so much so, that sometimes they almost fall over themselves while looking at me running down the road!!

That sounded a very nasty crash.  Wishing you a speedy recovery.

so it was Singapore you think?  which race would that have been after? 

We wont be coming to Australia to train, we are training in Gran Canaria, Spain, it really has everything we need for training and it is only 4 hours away from Europe, ...unlike Australia!!!
