Great to hear from you!  How are you doing?  ...busy I am sure!

At the moment we are both in the Philippines with our Team, we are all training hard and getting ready for the upcoming races.
Stephen and I leave for New Zealand in a few days, we are really looking forward to racing

You can actually follow the race!  ..if you go to, www.ironman.com there is a section were they do live written updates.  It can be a good way to follow the race, but sometimes it can be frustrating as the updates are not working propery!

Anyway, we will be out there doing our best.  It is the first race for a few months, but training has been going well so we are confidant for a great day.

Great to hear from you!  And good to hear you are busy with the weddings again at Murrayshall!   

ThankYou for your good thoughts on our race in New Zealand.  Like you said, it was a fine start to our season, ..and a good session in preparations for our next, ..which is not far away now, ..April 5th for Ironman South Africa!

We are in the Philippines again now, so yes, we are lucky to be able to enjoy great weather to train in, ..however, today we were in heaven, as it rained for our run session!  ..the first rain we have had for a long time!  ..we enjoyed that very much!

 ;)CONGRATULATIONS on ure first wine, me and carole are so exited when we found out a couple days ago.
Am sorry we are so busy and with my new hobby ( mountains climbing ) and with the nice wheather we had  the last few weeks am spending my days off climbing. ( i have already done 4 munroes)
I just done BEN NEVIS last friday and am thinking doing it again tommorow, oh yes u may think im crazy or mad. i am probably but i just loved the experience and i have learned a big lesson reaching the top.
(Never give up  ) because when i reached the top , it was beautifull, lots of snow and worth all the hard work. (If u have an E mail i could send u some photos if yu want )
i nearly give up 3 times climbing and because i did not prepare for it properly and it was the day before when i decided to do it because of the nice wheather, and according to the ben nevis visitor center, the best day they had in nearly 300 days.
and when i reached the top it was so emotional i could not beleive it, i suppose u have the same feelings when u win a race.
Anayway CONGRATULATION again and we are so pleased to hear ure doing fine.

I was absolutely thrilled with that win last week! 
that win was especially special as earlier this year I had a couple of testing races. ...like you learnt with climbing, if you are under prepared in any way, it shows up when the going gets tough!

I worked hard pre Ironman Lanzarote and my prize was to win!!

Great to hear you are loving the mountains in Scotland!  That is great way to keep fit and see some amazing parts of the World.
