The bars are called USE(ultimate sports engineering) Tula bars, they are the worlds most aerodynamic bars(not the Zipp bars that Zipp claim are the most aero!)

The website is www.USE1.com .  They also make some other really cool components.

The bars are fine for handling and very comfortable, the brake levers work fine, I used the bars this winter in switzerland and climbed and decended our mountain on them numerous times and found that it is a good position for decending, much like mountain bike bars and brake levers.

The pods on the base bars are a very good size and are very comfortable.

The main thing is they work great, they are comfortable and they are the fastest bars around.
