Hey Guys,
I just realised there is something i can cook that actually tastes like it does back home!
So If you like Tuna bake or dishes here is a dish you can cook in 15minutes!!!
What you need to buy( I got all my ingredients from big Supermarket down town):

Bek's Tuna Casserole :

I x can Evaporated Milk
I x can corn kernels
Optional 1 x tin Asparagus spears( or you can use tin of mushrooms tastes good too)
1 x large can Tuna in Springwater
1 x tin Asparagus condensed Soup(tin works better than packet, cos its thick or you can use mushroom condensed soup if using mushrooms)

Mix all in ingredients in microwave bowl, but ONLY USE HALF THE EVAP MILK,or its too runny! You can cook in oven too or on hotplate but not too high!... and with 2minutes to go sprinkle wheetbix on top with cheese and grill to make crunchy top!!!
Put on med / high for 15  minutes stirr after 8 min and let sit for a bit or can curdle if gets too hot!
Add salt and pepper to taste!
Serve with pasta and some grated cheese!!mmmmmmmmmm delicious!!!!!!!

Mmmmm....that sounds good! I think maybe even easy enough for me. I promise LC and Erika I'll try not to burn anything else! Roll Eyes Ok, here's one of my favorites... Grin

Take a large tupper ware size plastic container, fill half way with preferred cereal of choice. Add 1-2 cup of granola, muesli or grapenuts. Top with frozen chunks of papaya, strawberries and banana. Sprinkle with chocolate protein powder. Add milk, grab a spoon, ready to serve. Kiss
