Ahh Nic you and Reto can come over our way and take over Noosa anytime- we would love, love to have you both here- and I wouldn't even mind if you ate all of our Deutch bread. I am still down in Melbourne recovering- I have to admit- this surgery has knocked the stuffing out of me but I am such an impatient thing and expect everything to be back to new in a few days. I head back to my surgeon today and then back to Noosa on wednesday. Jocelyn you will hopefully see me in China but I will be taking on a different role- ie- no race for me but hopefully I will be there to do a different job Keep training hard over there in Subic guys and for the 'newbies'- do not doubt your master for a second- he is the 'shit' so to speak.

Hey Joc and lil Soph knows best that's for sure. Hey Cam- I am assuming the swim man you are talking about is good ol' JR. He is a blooody card isn't he. Really think I am beyond help when it comes to my stoke. For me it is all about the paddles and the band- my two favourite friends in the pool- well them and the feet in front of me! How have you been doing over there Cam?

yeah I'm going great over here, miss my two girls of course but having a ball here. Yeah I was refering to JR sarcasticlly about when u said he was in noosa the other month and despite having a handfull of olympic medalists under his care all he wanted to do was go talk and help the tri guys there. So typical. U should see him at training, there will be the lap swimmers. And he'll be going up to them saying what are u doing? They say oh just some laps then next minute they are given some paddles and on a time cycle... So funny to wAtch. He lives for it, his wife must be wondering when he'll retire. U know he got 5th at Hawaii ironman in his age once

He Mina, Good to see the op has not affected your talking and writing skills Man, it must have been difficult for your medical doc, as how can one cut such a beautiful 6 pack?? Wishing you heal well and take a little step back before you give it a full go for the last 3 years! See you soon, but hey don't think I can keep giving you times at every race in the future, might get killed in Subic

Heya Alex- yes I felt pretty spoilt with you giving me splits- maybe we will have to discuss pre-race whether it is going to be allowed or not - will depend on the race I think. Funny you should bring up my stomach- I am telling you I think that the surgeon stole my tummy and replaced it with someone elses big fat, bloated tummy. It is kiling me- everyone keeps telling me 'don't worry the swelling will go' but it is suck a lonnnggggg, sloowwwww process. I hate it- I am sure you know as well as everyone that patience is definitely not a strong point of mine. Will miss seeing you all (and the Ritz) in Singapore this weekend coming but I will be watching- hoping everyone in the team has a great day out there.

ahhrrrr Beksta- I have much to teach you my child- the art of living the life of a 'five star freddie'. If you are going to take over as the mouth of the squad then you have to also take over my role of living the high life at the races. Going away to these races is all about the 5-star hotels- just ask the Boss- he loves the gourmet hotels. Anyway the Mecure is not so bad- I often stay there on my way through to Europe. When do you guys leave for Sing???

I had a feeling you might be responding to this Doc- don't worry my secrets stay with me- Beks doesn't need to know- she is still a young pup so no 5-stars for her. She needs to learn the Sutto way- makes you friggin tough- just ask Bella
