I think miles Stewart had kfc or big rooster night before
His world title in 90?? Probably had it regulary too hehe.

Night before my first ironman, I got scared because I didn't
Eat much that day due to driving all day, so I went to shop
And bought box of 6 snickers icecream bars and ate them all.
Got though the race next day no nutrition prob whatsoever on
Mars bars banana and coke!!!!actually I had bag of lollies for run
But they bounced out after 500m and some kids ran and got em and
Took off, I thought shit I might need them later!!!!

I recall one of our male Australian cyclists in the 2004 olympics winning gold in the sprint at the veladrome.. In the interview, he said he pretty much lived on KFC.. I had a good laugh.. What perfect media coverage for KFC.. The question is - What is thier damn secret ingrediant?

I really liked this story.

My wife gets lane rage all the time and I always feel so powerless to help her. Now I know her condition isn't a death sentence. There is hope for her yet!  Smiley

Hi Tereza,

How are you doing? I haven't seen you since my not so fun race at IMWA. I just took a year off and it was great. Drop me a line when you get a chance. Glad to hear that you are doing well. Keep up the good work! All my best, Ruthy ruthvesler@hotmail.com

p.s. is McDonald's REALLY that bad.......I think I prefer chocolate anyway.
