Hey Stephen!
Still remember the good old Addiscombe CC & Amphibians days?

Just read your post about air travel.  Good one.  Outrageous excess baggage costs these days, especially to Lanza.

How long are you staying in Lanza for?  Staying for the IM?

Mike.

Hi Mike,

I miss the addisscombe and amphibians, I did make 1 amphibians swim session last year, I'm sure I will manage 1 this year too at some point, it was great to swim in the whitgift pool.

Yes the excess bagage fees can be outrageous, last year Iberia charged us more than the ticket cost to get to Lanzarote!

How are you going?  Are you doing Lanzarote this year?

Stephen

I'm doing well.  Not doing Lanza this year.  I'm doing IM Nice and Florida this year.

The La Santa lifestyle is definitely special - like a bunch of students on a Uni campus.  Some a bit older, though, that's all...  Wink

We're off to La Santa on the 6th May for a week, so might see you for a coffee or something.  Lanza is definitely a special place for us.

Say Hi to Bella!  It takes a couple of days to get used to no TV, but you don't miss it after that  Wink

Yes, there seems to be quite  a few people enjoying themselves in the evening, I am having to keep my ear plugs in.

Good luck at IM Nice.  See you when you are here in La Santa.

Its hard having to sleep with the ear plugs...maybe try an electric fan as well to help drown out the noise.

that would have been a good idea Zach,
we would have to buy one from somewhere, ..only 1 week left here now.  Touch wood, ..the noise hasnt been so bad for the last while.  (We asked to move away from the places people hang out at 2am!!   ..that has helped too!!!

Yea, even if you missed some sleep sometimes, it probably was well worth it to train there at that place for a while.  Party On Wayne - Party On Garth Grin
