Thanks everyone,

It was a crazy, but the girls toughed it out, and the Wongster had a ironman pb by an hour!!!
The swim was nutty, two loops in a river with strong current, so they made the length against the current faster by making us only swim 100 meters into the current, and then run 300 meters on the beach for each loop! Crazy, and about 50% of the field ended up not making it to the bouys and swam a shorter course. Thanks to all the hot Subic runs we survived a scorcher today, althoug the forecast was for overcast skies and rain.  Huh
Miss ya LC, don't forget to feed the psycho cat.

      Cheers

the new Wongstar socks did wonders for my bike and run.  first time under 6hrs for the bike, first time under 4 hrs in the run!  I really didn't think it was that hot...heat camp worked for me  Cheesy

the crowds really loved me and I had a HUGE smile on for at least 80% of the marathon  Grin

my swim was really embarassing...I got stuck in the big current and it was like being in an Endless Pool.

but I am extremely stoked about my race.  still have a very big smile  Grin Grin Grin
