well, i would say as erika said...

i beleive, part of been professional, is to be knowledgable about your bike and know how to repair and work on it. Well, this weekend, erika sure show me how to change a flat REAAAALLLLY FAST!!!!!!!!!! way faster than i did....  my flat change was a lot longer.

As doc said, erika was handeling the problem very well, and a good lecon for all of us about been a hard ass and solving problems!

Well, the key is not changing the flat but fix it. I vividly remember the previous evening when I wanted to give you my second Pit Stop....you said it is way too complicated  Roll Eyes yeah not a big help for those who are pitching their tube....

I just got an another tip about fixing the FD problem with breaking the chain, take it out of the FD and put on the big chane ring then attach together the chain....AHA.

depend of what chain you have...breaking the chain take a special tool....very complex... unless you have a special link like a sram red chain...

but idealy... you have new cable and have your front derailler well working so it dosnt happen!
