Hi Bella

Just wanted to post a well done message for your fantastic win on Saturday.

I raced IM Lanzarote for the first time this year and seeing you on the run course in such brilliant form was very inspiring to me. So much so that I managed to qualify for Kona!

Well done to Stephan too and I hope you are both having a well deserved rest.
