Since it's school holiday time here in Australia, I've had the week off work, and been able to fit a few more sessions in this week.  Friday morning rolls around, and I thought I'd get my butt to the track-  there really is no excuse, since I live literally 3kms away from the university's tartan track.
Anyhow, when I arrive, who should I see thumping out a set of fast 400's?....Lisbeth!
Look out girls, Lisbeth is fit and fast and ready to go in 2009!
Great to see you Lisbeth, and also AJ and Astrid  Smiley.
