Howdy,

Sorry for the tardy reply fellow Canuck. I am not much of a picture snapper, but working at improving that. And will make sure to post more photos (including the bike of course) in blogs and such. I promise there will be more up after this weekend. Grin
I am not sure if it is "cool" to name your bike. I was a little sad that my previous bike (silver P3 names Argento) was gone, but was quick to name the P4 Scarto ( watch Gladiator if in doubt where the names come from).  Scarto is proving himself to be a fiesty steed, and hopefully will continue to ride up a storm once we get back to Canuckland.

 Cheers

Oh- and I must draw the line at pic of Steve in the swim togs, he might put Calvin Klein models out of business.

After a training race this past weekend I names Steve's bike for him, since his bike was lonely and sad without a name. I named it Hurley (Steve likes to race light, so gets rid of his breakfast mid bike ride it seems). Needless to say, no body wants to touch Hurley after a race, not without some gloves anyway. Grin

Ok well Tereza and Jonnyo have had a few weeks now on their P4's!!!! how 'bout a report on how she rides now you've been able to get some miles in on 'em.

We all know the P2 and P3 are awesome machines, but hey, I like bikes and well I like to talk shop!!!!! would love to hear your real life experience on them.

Cam, unfortunuely, i m struggling with a injury so havent been riding much. But here s what i think:

The bike as EXACTLY the same geometry as the p3. I ride size 54cm and the biggest change i can notice from the p3 is comfort. The bike seems more compliant lateraly and that is HUGE for me. The p3 is a stiff ride...a great ride but i dont have the exact same feeling on the p4. Just feel more comfy to me....bigger chain stay and smaller seat stay and it seems to make a difference.

As for the rest, it corner nicely....i love doing hard downhill with it because it s a fast bike... fun at those speed!

next tip of the week will be about the P4. Some people complaine about the water bottle but it sure work for me!!!

we got 3 positional changes to go .
show me my cadence not some cycle shit , and ill review later on .
step by step bek
rome was not built in a day , but it was burned in one .
we are going to the summit ,
but we can only do that if we dont fall thru the crevases as we climb
because we took our eyes off the mountain in front of our next step .
your 12 months ahead of schedule
for that i am  very happy .
well done
