...nice pictures, freeloading water, and the fact that teh sun sets at 11:20 p.m.!  I thought I had it good here, being fairly far north, and at the western side of the eastern time zone, the sun is going down between 9:30-10:00 p.m....its 9:25 right now and still light, so i'll have to get an exact time on it tonight.

Zack, 21h20 is 9h20pm in Canada hehehehehehe!
Check my blog again  Wink

But indeed the best time of day to be training is in the later afternoon!
I go to bed later and get up @8am sharp to talk to my woman and then start my day...

Its such a hard life eh?  Roll Eyes

Was talking to one of my old school mates and he sayed that i had the coolest lifestyle!
I agreed to a point, but sometimes the lone wolf routine gets to my head  Shocked

Well, when I first got here, the weather was very cold in the mornings...
And with the best pool hours being around lunch time, where I can easily hog a lane to myself  Cheesy

I got in that routine...

Some morning start at 10 degrees and then go up to 35 a few hours later  Cool

Will you start the next race if it is 10 degrees at the start?

Of course I'll start the race!

I'll simply take according messures like wear warm clothing, a longer warm up, put some vaseline on exposed skin and rub in some tiger balm because that makes me feel warm!

My fault, I was thinking of 12's for some reason, and then for 22 as being midnight....so its getting dark here at a similar time.  Yea, lone wolf can drive you crazy though sometimes.

zach,
if you were thinking in 12's, wouldn't the next be 24(mindnight), next is 36,48 etc, not 22, that would be thinking in 11's mate!  Cheesy LOL
was your thinking this b4 the beard shave or after?  Roll Eyes

Lines got crossed in my brain

Recognize 21h20min as Military Time---->12 hrs midday----> second digit is 2 ----> second digit 2 seems like top of the clock----> next top of the clock is Midnight---->so 22 hrs---> gets dark up there at 21h20min--->40min before midnight--->convert to normal time---->11:20 p.m.
