I'm really interested in reading it, especialy as your first IM finish!

My big wonder is, how fast did you run your first kilometers?
On the live updates I saw your solid bike split and I was thinking you might be on your way to a fast finish!

yep the jersey boy will go home , with some tales to tell , when people tell him how hard lake placid is .

M@ we miss you here!  I have a report written but am waiting on a photo.  Doc summed it up!  Aple D Huez will be a very good training trip with the rides to and from!!!
