I want to wish you all a great race as well. Wongstar- get ready to hurt like a dog on those mountains- you will come out the other side even tougher than before.
Great to see Erika on the startline

I am looking forward to the race.  Looks like it will be a great  warm up for HAwaii,  ...it is very hot in this part of the world right now!   Different to last year, last year it was WET and COLD!!!

we are here!!  there is actually live tracking on the website!!

http://embrunman.com/live/index.php

starts 6am tomorrow.  they only give you until 10:30pm because this isn't one of those wussy have-until-midnight-to-finish kind of ironman affairs  Wink  there are actually 860 people registered for the madness!

awards starts at 8:30pm.  I'm hoping to be done before then!!   Cheesy

I have all kinds of chocolate cookies because if the bike takes 8 hours, the bike is definitely, as the boss says..."a restaurant!!!"

and oh boy my bike has 20 gear options...that's 19 more than 2 days ago!   Shocked

Ahhh Doc- I actually sort of wish I was driving there with you and watching the team go for it. Bella tells me amazing stories of you guys driving there late at night, sleeping in the car and then racing the next morning- no wonder she is one tough cookie. I hope it is a great day for all of you racing- I will be cheering for you all back here in Boulder. Stay tough all day... and Joc- those choc-chip cookies are going to taste so good at around the 6hr mark of the race Smiley

Hard to figure out results from the website, it seems that Erika was first and Bella 2nd, Wongstar in there as well, 6th?
In the men it seems that Keegan 3rd and James 4th
