Howdy,

   Almost time to race here at IM Canada. Looks like it will be a very toasty day here, predicted 33 degress Celcius, with not a sliver of shade on the course. People keep saying "oh, that's ok, it's dry heat", wonder if the chicken in the oven feels better if I say its dry heat instead of humid heat.
   
  Good luck to you guys at IM Lousville. Just tell Maki the faster she swims the less time she will have to be in the yucky water.
