Thank you everyone. I finished 7th. That's pretty hard race. There are many small hills not like Leysin. up down up down up down... There are 5 Hawaii spots for men. Some guyes has spot already. So I think 99% I will get a spot. (1% = I over sleep tomorrow morning  ) |

Hi everyone
Thanks for all your support, I did feel the energy from all of you out there yesterday!!! I tried as hard as I could to stay in front and I wished that I could just have found another 4 min. somewhere!!! I was having a good chat with Sally number 1378 on the run and when Nina passed me she said to me :you might not win today but you've won everone's heart so that was lovely. And so many of the other competitors cheered for me and wanted me to go and get her!!! I've just got zero tolerance for drug cheaters...It's been really cool to have Scott, Maki and Hiro here, I hope that Hiro gets his Hawaii slot. Well done in Canada Tez, you're on fire!!

Teresa sure Hit a home run yesturday in penticton. It was pretty hard for me to watch from the side line but to see her kick butt that way was amazing......

Thanks everybody. It was a super day, and even nicer to get back online and see all the nice comments.  Congrats to Maki and Hiro on the top tens at Lousiville, to Scotty D for chipping away at that ironman, at to Lisbeth for what sounds like a very hard fought race. As we were in the water getting to start Belinda was giving me updates on the Louisville race, so it was kind of like we were all racing together even though it was far apart. Off to pack my bike,  |

I didn't over sleep this morning. I went the roll down 1h before. I took a spot We have 5 spots for men, these went down untill 10th. For women went down untill 9th. Cam, This time I catched them by 20km already;) I want to become a monster biker like you. Awesome race Treza! I can go Jeju as a Hawaii athlete insted of Maki's translator  |
