hi Terrence!

ThankYou for your message!

Well, of course I have to say, "do Ironman Florida"  ..but I am biased!  ..as it is one of my favorite races!  I hav'nt missed that race in 8 years!
Florida is one of the flattest courses you can get, swim can be choppy as it is in the sea, bike is flat and run is flat.  So it is hard work, ..no rest!  ..but you will be fine if you keep your training up   Smiley

I have also done Arizona, it is also a fine race.  I did it when it was the mid year Arizona, so it was pretty hot, not sure what the temperature will be like at the end of November.
Arizona is a very flat swim, bike has a gradual hill up and back, and can be windy.  Run is pretty flat from what I remember, maybe a couple of hills over bridges but that is it.

Dont mean to be negative, but can you get an entry into either of these races???  Usually they sell out in 1 hour the previous year??  I hope you can get into one of them,
All the best,
Bella

its sacred ground , it was there that bella found out  something i knew  a few months earlier
that embrun was no fluke .
she had indeed   found  out what she was special  at .
to her great credit , she never stopped looking for what it was .
