Bek - was talking to Simmie (she looked seriously hot BTW) and she said you're nervous?? Why waste your energy on that - save it for me and Creen when you get back - we'll have some partying to do!!

The crank and bottom bracket are on their way to you. You can run the Red chainrings with the DA cranks no prob's. Make sure everything is nice and tight though yes!!!

Now go post your numbers on the board...

Oh and "table for 8" is that 8pm or 8people??
