Hi Donna,
You are damn right about cereal - it is just the best whether it be morning, noon or night!
Surely it is good recovery food?
I also like to think that is makes the perfect sweet after an evening of fine dining, but then I am a VERY classy guy!

One of my other best C's would also be Cervelo, but maybe my last would be Csomor - C's don't come too much better than that

There is one big problem with running skirts, they are turning all around you, specially in the wind 
I thought there is not much fun on the track, let's do something about it
