Hi Donna,
You are damn right about cereal - it is just the best whether it be morning, noon or night!
Surely it is good recovery food?
I also like to think that is makes the perfect sweet after an evening of fine dining, but then I am a VERY classy guy!

One of my other best C's would also be Cervelo, but maybe my last would be Csomor - C's don't come too much better than that   Wink

There is one big problem with running skirts, they are turning all around you, specially in the wind  Embarrassed
I thought there is not much fun on the track, let's do something about it  Grin

soon as the girl group can hang with them ens group then yep skirts will be handed out .
and i can tell you
the boys after watching the chicks today wont laugh that off , i can tell you
they are coming .
