Haven't talked to you for a while, how is your wrist doing after the fall in the Mekong race. Broken or just twisted?

I heard eventhough the wrist you still gave it a good shot in the rocks around Patong Beach, great suff.

My wrist is getting better everyday.  It is not broken, just sprained.

We all got introduced to the sport of "Coast Stearing" at the adventure race on Saturday.  It was quite tricky without using my right hand, but you know I love a challenge so I picked my way along the rocks till the finish.

I'm doing much better thanks.  My wrist still hurts a bit but is not stopping me doing any training.  All the grazes are nearly all gone now.
