now keegan thats some real heavy work .
i think we better ask your parents , if they would like to put up an athlete for a month
when their motivation is waning or they tell me how hard a life they have .
1month of the dairy farm ,could be the best triathlon training i know .
i know back in my swimming days ,
i had a deal with one of my swimmers parents who was a builder he was always happy to take on one of my boys for a month as a brickie labourer
when i felt the motivation  or love of it was waning .
used to be a terrific  pick me up
a sort of
" coach pick me up please , i get it i get it ."

well so donna desnt have a cereal attack ,
i didnt even know what your talking about
i just wrote something on keegans blog
you see i did 2 weeks work on the milking farm my self when i was young
for some stupid thing i did
and when some one says 400 cows
you dont think of the real logistics . you think thats a lot of milk.
you dont think like
l"every cow seems to shit when they  are getting milked "
i was given a wheel barrow and shovel as big as me and a pair of wellington boots
and i said
what this for , i am here to help with the milking
old jock
said a young buck like you not gettin his hands on my girls titiees
till you show me you can handle some real shit .
2 weeks later , and what seemed like 5,000 turds later ,he said son if you come back next time ,
ill show you how to milk , as i think you got the shovelling shit pretty much down pat now

Oh Keegan the joys of being a farm boy!!...I remember my days as a farm girl..i basically lived on my grandparents farm growing up in the Kiewa valley beautiful place!I was only a kid(upto 16) but still remember waking up at 5am to feed hay off the back of the tractor ...then spend the rest of the day picking the straw out of my socks!!My favorite part was taking the Yamaha 125 down the river to go fishing with my twin sister on the back and trying to hit every mushy cow paddy on the way...it was so cool how it sprayed up and flicked cow dung all over her!! Cheesy hahhaahaha

The way I hear it KFC had to change their name from Kentucky Fried Chicken to just KFC because the "chickens' they use are so genetically modified they are not even chickens anymore. So I am not too sure if you want to know where they really do come from.  Grin
