Hi guys,

What kind of trainer do you use? fluid? wind? magnetic? roller? something else?
Gonna buy one and was wondering what you use, would be really helpful on making my choice. Haven't used any before.

Thanks,

I use a fluid trainer (Cycleops)...nice and quiet so the neighbors don't complain. Wink

fluid is definitly the nicer option...smoother and more like riding on the road. Also quiet!

Cyclops does make a good one or go with kurt kinetic... probably the best deal and very good quality!

i personaly prefer Atomic or Fischer...oups...those are x country ski company  Smiley Wink Cheesy

Hey if you plan on ridding indoors A LOT over winter! Then get a cheapo one and replace it each year because even the best trainers lose their resistance quicker than they should...

Elite wireless. Not the cheapest but very quiet which was important as we live in a flat.
Also used big anti-vibration mat that is meant to go under a washing machine or machinery.
