after2 weeks of training with tbb would like to say ,learn to read or else .took my swim program to the pool did not read it first big mistake started to swim program read 16x50 3x easy 1xfast x4my logic was this is4x 800 so the session began when finished i had swam 7.4km was waisted but thought it doc so who knows got home my wife said that was a a long swim are you sure you read the program right ,i said yes my coach was from canada they speak english went to bed too waisted to eat got up 4 am ate a box of corn flakes and thought my arms are going to fall off ,sentmail to coach and he said you should only swim 2km so from now my wife had better read my progams first. today is dobble swim day hope i survive as wife is not home to read my program Huh

Top effort though. I sometimes get it into my head the wrong number of reps and think I've run out of time. Only to realise I've done the wrong number e.g. tried 2 * 40 rather than 2 * 20.

no, i'm self harmer... other than i go hard when i'm suppose to Smiley

 the sharpie pen doesn't cut... it's like permanent ink pen, that washes off with soap and water   Shocked
