Matty! I really did enjoy the set but when I got up this morning I was feeling the affects with a stiff back and neck, then I realized I am now getting older as I have reached another decade. But off to the pool I went to shake it out. Never stop moving and you will look and feel younger!! I even had a cute little 22 year old Shela come to me last night and asked if I was celebrating my 23rd or 24th birthday

I broke it up as 5 pull w/full gear, 5 w/paddles, and 10 swim. The pulls and paddles were leaving on 1:30 and the swims 1:40. This was in a 25m. pool. After 60 of them I stopped to have a bananna and sipped some gatorade every 15-20 or so.
