Nice run James!
I heard that you were within 2min at the turnaround, and apparently someone in the front group saw you and mentioned something about how well you'd run in Europe, so the guys obviously put the hammer down on the way back to try open a gap.
And don't worry, that big win will come...

he rode like a pussy ,
but to be fair , i have had him on a 6 wekk swim camp .
so, his riding will come good just about im south africa , and isnt that the time
to be ready to let the big dogs howl

well , not much to answer ,
my job is to be an athletes thruth monitor , as left to theri own devices they can come up with many different scenerios , that appease the ego .
here we just tell it as it is .
