that's so funny!  the blog gave you a cowboy name!   Grin

if I pack my cowboy boots for training camp, will you teach me to two-step?

are you packing a Texas flag too?  that's one thing I learned in the year I lived in Dallas...Texas pride!

Wongstar!!  I can't even get Amy to let me teach here how to 2-step.  No Texas flag either, but maybe I'll try to find a pair of those Texas Flag running shorts!!

Hennen, welcome to the forum!  Can you get your travel club to come to our boot camp?

Hey Brandon! I was just reading your blog  and all you will need for your trip is shorts and t-shirts! And maybe one pair of nice pants for the podium Wink And of course, flip flops instead of shoes!

It will be supper hot and humid and you can always by new clothes for cheap cheap if you run out!

And of course, many of the budjet airlines around asia, offer great and cheap deals, but very low baggage allowance! Unless your flying with tiger airways, they are my favorite!

Hey Bek! With tiger  they have a reasonable set fee for sports equipement (maybe 20US$?) with no maximum for the weight! Me and Luke D accually used to tie both our boxes together and split the single fee!

My trick was to always put everything in my bike box and carry on!

Not sure about Thai airways, but if you find a better deal, then go for it!

Oh and I think that Tiger is an Aussie companie!

Oh and one more thing, stay away from Air Asia, I know they have good deals, but they charge a sports equipment fee and on top of that there is a 15 kilo maxium!!! After that it gets pretty pricy per extra kilo  Shocked
