So there I was innocently leaving my gym after a swim on Saturday morning and looks into the gym and there I see someone that looks just like you working out. I stand there for a while double checking, I was 99% sure it was you. Then there was the autograph request while your working out debate, decided not to break up your work out and left.

I'm glad your blog post about being Croydon has confirmed my eye sight is in good order. It definately goes down as one of my unexpected sightings of famous sport stars. Seeing as the majority of pro athletes are are currently somewhere warm and sunny training. Wink Croydon isn't somewhere I'd think of if I was training for anything.

Will you still be in London for the TCR show in Febury and will you be doing any talks/ seminars there if you are? I'm sure theres lots of Ironmen compediters wanting to know how you manage to squeeze so many races in durring the season.

Careful with the ice tomorrow Croydon is going to cold tomorrow.

Hi Alan!

That is funny you saw me!  I wonder what gym you saw me at?  ..I get around these gyms!!  ..trying to find the best one that works for me!  You should have come and said hi!

I am afriad you wont see us at the TCR show this year.  We are doing our "cold" training now and will be in the warm by then!

All the best with your upcoming races.

It was at The Surrey Health & Racquets Club, how did you rate it? I've been a member just over a year now and enjoy it most of the time, most of the time it's not to busy.

Shame about the show but don't blame you for skipping it for warm weather.

Good luck with your recovery and your races for the year. Will probably see you at the uk 70.3 passing me on the bike like you did last year although I'm hoping that this year I won't get lapped by so many of you pro's. Wink

Hi Alan

ahh, you saw me at Esporta!  ..Stephens Mum is a member of that gym, so when she goes and it works for us, she takes us as her guests!  So the 3 of us where in there the day you saw us!
We all like that gym!  It is a luxurious gym Cheesy  ..a very nice place to be before, during and after exercising!!

See you at 70.3 UK

All the best with your training,
Bella
