Donna: Hey how are you? my name Carlos Enrique I have been for a while follow up your carear as a  pro, let me know your comenst regarding the Computrainer 2.5 hrs training versus 2.5 hours of the streeth?  I mean because I fly every two weeks between Central America and Usa I can spend a lot of time on the road at least in the week, tks

Hi Carlos, using a windtrainer or computrainer is a great idea if you're traveling a lot or don't have ideal conditions for riding outside. 2.5hrs on a trainer is equivalent to 3+hrs on the road so it's an efficient way to get a workout in if you're short on time. It's also a good way to do interval trainer without having to deal with cars, traffic lights, etc. Just remember to drink more when you're on the trainer because you'll sweat more than you do outside. Also try to get out on the road when it fits with your schedule so you maintain your bike handling skills.
