Gatorade Powder Mix

Hello

I received some gatorade powder but unfortunately it didn't come with any mixing instructions!!

Therefore, does anyone know the correct amount of powder to mix with water.

Yeah usually 3/4 heaped tablespoons for 750ml bottle or one heaped spoonfull per 250ml..i think ?

Just keep on heaping it in, until it tastes like the stuff from a shop

Thank you for your kind offer of posting me a scoop.  Don't live in the USA but lovely Scotland!

At the mo I'm finishing off some Lucozade powder mix and then will probably follow Rebekah's advice re tablespoons.

No problem....thought that the 'nj' in your username may have been New Jersey.

For reference, a 'serving' would be 1Tbsp or 14g. The scoop that comes w/ the Gatorade Endurance is an 18cc scoop (~50cal) which should be mixed into ~250mL of water (as Bek notes).
