Mat, I just read your blog and I thought "good job" to you on helping some kids in the Philippines.  I am sure they really appreciated your help and triathlon experience.

Hey Bella, it was pretty cool experience! Especially to see such a different spot of the Philippines and how many people are happy with just the simplethings in life!

But im jealous of these Philippinos, they have such idea bodies for triathlon! Their small, strong and good in the heat! And of course, their all surounded by water! The potentiel is definetly there  Grin
