Ha- no worries with the pic- you know how much I love my lollies!!! Nothing has changed- still luv em  Good to see you out and I knew it was your mum behind- she looked great and was really giving it to herself- love it!! I know I probably shouldn't run on the road but I head down the coast on the path and try to change it up a bit by running back on the road. Hope your ride went well. Jus and I went out for a long one today and it rained on us for the last three hours- not so great. Nothing wrong with the lollies or the ice-cream when you are out training hard. |

The weather today was YUK, and I think it's going to be like that for a couple of days  Mum said she's sorry for nearly running you over. I told her, I always run on the road facing traffic She just had the head down, world-of-hurt thing going on  Yes, lollies are just one of my weaknesses.....mmmmm, chicos...... I just really wanted to put a pic of you on there, eating lollies and flashing your six pack  You do look really fit at the moment too. |

When you reply, open the "Additional Options..." menu. Then browse for attachments. Open the attachment and then just click post.
PS You need something in the comment box, might be why you keep getting blocked?

PS I've got a photo of you flying past me in IM Austria in 2006, I'll see if I can find it. May have disappeared when my desktop was stolen, but you never know, maybe by some miracle I did backups... |

 Yes, I agree, my arms look like Wongstar's! EEEEKKKK- I dunno if I want to see that pic from Austria in 2006. Although it was the race of my life, I was definitely chubby! Not like now 6 foot tall, and skinny arms

Sorry, looks like those pics are gone. Not happy, it was my IM debut. I remember leading you out the water, having a tea party in T1, then catching you, Hillary and Lori on the bike, and then having you blast away on the big climb, and me not seeing you again. Actually, no-one came close again, if memory serves. But I do have one of you just after you'd crossed the finish line... should I post it for a "before/after" comparison?  |
