Hey Bella

Saw you several times in la santa but was too shy to say hi!!

Especially liked the dress + compression sock combo when you checked in!

I hope the sun has come out again now it was rather overcast when we left.

Rode the IM route over to Mirador but got scared going down the switch back to Haria!

Hope your training is going well and you have a great race.

Oh  yes that decent is a tricky one.  Especially when it is windy.  If you hold on tight you will be fine.  Just don't race down there in training,  it is narrow and there are cars coming up.  Just take it nice and easy,  i do Wink

Hi Valintine Baby!

sounds like you left just as the weather improved, ..sorry to tell you that!
It was cold when we arrived, I froze in the pool, but the sun has recently come out and its much warmer now.

yes there are some challenging parts to the Ironman course here, like Stephen says, especially when the wind picks up.
At least it is a beautiful ride, ..even when its hard to hold on!?!

All the best with your training,
Bella
