Thanks everyone, not very often that I get to make a move on the run, and it was on the hills too- thanks for the hill runs Brett.
Super Dee was tough, she made up over 3 and a half minutes on third in the first half, then they ran side by side for the next half, and it came down to a sprint finish.

Thanks everyone!  Yes, it was a tough battle on the run, but I did the best that I had and now have some more miles in my run legs to be used later down the road.  Tez looked like a monster out there. V happy to see her having a great race after all her hard work in Thai camp. |
