boys boys boys ,
some very good information , on all fronts.
but does just goes to show
with such passion in this area
that if one cant or for some reason not get their percieved proper nutrition , then
your performance is going to be affected ,
keep it in mind ,
when ole doc , says keep it simple .

Nothing new here but I will add that the no startch after 1 or 2pm really works well. Even if you don't necessarily need to LOSE weight but rather just get leaner. I heard this a while back and tried it when I needed to change my body composition a bit. What's funny though is that a nutritionist BLASTED me for it, ha! There is a time and a place for almost everything but really cutting out white pasta, white bread, etc for a bit is probably not going to hurt  Smiley
I found you wake up with a nice flat stomach and really there is no change in energy levels. Just don't tell your average coach or nutritionist, he he  Grin

I read this and thought of the many discussions about weightloss and this shows at the end of the day, its really as simple as: calories in < calories out = weightloss. And that a calorie is just a calorie, there's no special carb calorie or protien calorie nor does a calorie care what GI it is....

Oh weight (sic) where's the multi-million $$$ industry to support that?

I bet the Twinkie diet worked also because it had more fat in it rather than the traditional low-fat/high-carb diets.  Wink Fat is good for you!

we all know i am a fashion starter , so while yesterdays heroes are all about the 6 pack
abs i have moved on
to a better solution  the  keg on legs .
and the twinkie diet  fits perfect into that  development .
i think it will catch on .
