Just saw Macca did an Olympic Distance weekend before Frankfurt.
I am doing Norseman Xtreme August 7th, and have a local Olympic race possibility on July 31st. I am planning 1 week taper for Norseman, so will train pretty hard all week before the Olympic.
Whar do you recomend I do? And if I race, should I hold back a bit or go all out?
