But here's a $64K question - are single, unattached female athletes more or less focused on training compared to their male counterparts?

Oh I think girls are MORE focused on training, but when they are on a 'break' they may/could/do become more focused on the things other than training  Roll Eyes

No worries Fegan, remember, they're more than mere mortal men, they're SUPERMEN.  Which means they should be able to multitask!!   Cool

Maybe...  Grin

So I filled you in a bit on Robin aka Scottie D, so its only fare to do the same for Batman aka James(and he has asked me why i havnt done this yet afew times).
So where to start... physical appearance is certainly close to the real Batman himself, quite similar to an anatomy chart if I dare say.His appearance is striking but often disguised by his Retro sunglasses and slickness. His personaltiy is certainly indicitive of his South African descent, being slightly arrogant and quite opinionated but quietly confident at the same time.
His prowess on the bike and run, allows him to assert his authority over Robin at times, and in the water he is not as comfortable but once on land he cant be stopped!
Never stand in his way when he is hungry, as his mood can change dramatically, if he doesnt eat he looses personality very quickly.Nothing a feed and a quick knap cant fix!
Under the tough exterior you will learn he is a softy, willing to do anything and go to any lengths for Robin and Catwoman or anyone esle he is close to or is worth his time.
If you think this sounds interesting get the ball rolling on this thread...

Just had a wicked idea,  In conjunction to the forum the TBB website can have a section called “On the Couch with Doc”,  You can send Doc a post asking for advise on your love life problems  Grin Wink

she didnt say it was bad ,
but i wouldnt say a wrong generaliastion either .
i can only attest to the  south africans i have meet .
the ones i have meet are not short of self confidence , thats what i first liked about him
this guy believes he can do it
but ,
he has another quality , you point out to him where he might be wrong , and unlike the few i know
he can  change his mind ,
and use it as a positive  for himself .
oh and yes she also right  he has a  soft centre .
once past the quiet bravado
he cares .
and that is why we love him , even if he does need his nose broken ,
tad too good  looking . Roll Eyes

Meg are you SA?Please do tell us more...Doc's description is pefect...Having lived with the guy now for afew months you really get to know them as a person....I cant believe he is still single to be honest but his answer would be ''why settle for second best'', after learning a bit about his last GF(she seemed amazing) there is definately a high standard to be reached!

By you Meg?  Lips sealed

I may be wrong, but I think MegC is James' sibling, so she would be able to provide us with some interesting insight into James!  Shocked  Come on Meg, you can do it!  James'll never find out!  Wink

But Doc, I will concede one point, James is annoyingly patient and willing to take constructive criticism in the quest to be the best he can be.  And tell him he can't do something, and he'll find a way to prove you wrong, no matter how long it takes him.  Well, most things...  Grin

And Bek, yes, all prospective GFs will have a mountain to climb to match up to his last GF.

Yes, Meg is his sister and he did indeed get his nose broken by a flying cricket ball - and that did his looks no harm at all...  Cheesy You'll have to think of something else! PS I'm the Mom so I'm saying no more  Wink

OUCH!!!  Grin

Come on Mrs C, give us something!  Otherwise Bek may have to tell us (you) things about your baby boy that you don't even know about (YET!).   Cheesy

Pretty please?  Cool

he did indeed get his nose broken by a flying cricket ball

Good thing he went into triathlon, what with his safe catching hands... Shocked

In all seriousness, James is a really good bloke, mello and chilled, but with a single-minded focus and determination many would pay good money for.
