I have a question re swimming.  When swimming in the sea I do not kick or there is minimal kicking, surely then the pool sessions should be more pool buoy swimming or paddles and pool buoy?  The wetsuit replaces my pool buoy .

Or is drill work and sessions with fins on a necessity?

What if most of the races you do are in an area were wetsuits are not allowed? Do you still do most of your pool work with a pool buoy and paddles?

Thanks,

Jason

Doc, in what instances would you recommend using two pullbouys instead of one?

Two small pullbouys taped together ok?

Or would you rather err on caution and say no more than one bouy at a time, albeit a big one?

we supa glue them .
but take note
not to use, till next day
as while helps you float ,does nothing to help you walk with a pull bouy stuck betwen your legs.

The boss took one look at my pull buoy when I came to camp, and almost tossed it out right on the spot. Too small, and didn't float enough- probably from years of use, it was so waterlogged it almost sank on its own. I have yet to see the boss say that a pull buoy is too big-hmmmmm, maybe that should be a challenge......

Why do I get the feeling that someone actually did that?  Shocked
