I have enjoyed the blog - especially the regrets one. I have similar thoughts about it all, and its great to hear people talk openly about it. Alot of people won't admit there are living a life of regrets, some can't even see it in front of them.
Anway.......
Not sure if quotes are your thing but you might like these -

"Unless you test yourself, you stagnate. Unless you try to go way beyond what you've been able to do before, you won't develop and grow. When you go for it 100%, when you don't have the fear of "what if I fail," that's when you learn. That's when you're really living."

"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat."

One is from an Ironman legend, the other is from a US president.

First was Mark Allen. Second was Roosevelt.

Very happy for you Wongstar!! Since I have been following TBB and reading about the WTC, and the rules, it has made me think alot more about where you guys place not so much that they win but more about them surviving and staying in the sport.
Keep on keeping on!!!

thanks for your support Huggy Bear!

surviving and staying in the sport long enough to start winning down the road  Wink

$500 is not much, but it's $500 more than what I've gotten the entire year for racing.  Gotta start somewhere!!
