Well, Coco did not really dialed into this race... Sad

So, we have a dark swimming in dark goggles-great choice Coco Embarrassed no Crocs though Cool

We can forget about the bike leg, because the beast was the running. We had a mile long bridge 8 times.....basically we only run up and down on it sometimes we turned back under it- cheap fun for silly triathletes. Lips sealed
We had about 100 degrees (in Celsius ) on the bridge and the water stations ran out of water. I found some lost (and found) gels on the course, so I can not complain  Tongue

Welcome to Miami, yummy, yummy, yummy Cool

Oh, what a funny race  Roll Eyes

We also have a funny race here in Athens  Grin We enjoy the roller coaster between the city of Marathon and Athens. I don't know the elevetion in numbers but that hills almost kill me  Grin

Thanks for the advice about the race nutrition, it was my first "race", when my stomach was absolutly in good condition during the whole race.

Have a nice stay there!
