Brandon,

Great videos of the winter storm! Wink  I was suprised that Amy wasn't really just wearing the winter coat and hat inside, I think I've seen her do that before.

May I suggest Inglourious Basterds as your German Movie?  I suppose that wouldn't go well with riding a bike though.  Maybe the Bourne Identity or Supremacy...wait that might not be very light and fun either....I can't help you.

Stay Warm!

Actually I did end up leaving the hat and coat on for awhile.  Hope you are doing well.

Stay warm!

I've watched most of Inglourious Basterds...interesting movie.

Don't need light and fun on the trainer...you need kind of angry and fast paced.

Will look for you on skype.

Brandon,

I agree with you on needing something angry and fast paced while on the trainer.  I tend to look down when the movie gets intense and realize I need to throttle back a little bit.  The intense parts of the movie seem to work out great sometimes when they come up in the middle of an interval, always seem to get good results during that interval that lines up with a good part of the movie.

here is a free welchy tip
back in the day we did a session on turbo that was long ,welshy hated turbo
so , one day i was suprised when he raNG ME AND SAIID

I WORKED OUT HOW TO LOVE DOING THE TURBO SET SUTTO WITH THE RUN .
i was game and said ok .
tell me
he said , well we put a music system in the garage , and i get the guys over , these were all the big names at the time .
he said we turn off all the lights lock the garege down  and crank the music its pitch black you cant see a thing and we into it
then when we finnish , we then scramble to the garage door open in it and the light gushes in  we put run shoes on and run the 10 km like maniacs and" man its  out there "
your brain is adjustin to all the light on the run but in the dark its got that creepy feeling  we love it ,

sutto you always told me " to do it in the dark "
well thats partially right , but i wasnt thinking of turbo Grin

I have two things to say:

1. hahahaha, cold weather indoor training in Texas!  that's how it's been here the last 2 months. Cheesy

and

2. Amy, what are you doing out of the aerobars? sitting on a lawnchair?  Wink

It mostly comes down to the fact that we don't have the gear to ride outside when it's crappy out...crappy for Texas.

I'm pretty sure Amy was between intervals!!
