As Bek mentioned there are lots of good pools in Gold Coast but no doubt Miami is the best as we host all the major swimming carnivals including Gold Coast Regional Swimming Carnival. Come and see me I'll let you swim on me for the first visit. And you can see why Miami is the best. (well sometimes too busy but still the best for elite atheletes to train)                   Fred, Fred Fast Feet, Fredo Frog, Fredster,..........

has a huge history as producing world champions out of there , for swimming , but also triathlon ,
it hosts the best swim coach in the world .
and it used to host the best tri coach in the world .
there is no place in the gold coast with such magical  feelings as you walk th^ru the turnstyle ,
the doc ,
heading back for some well needed nostalgia .
