Scott! Great post and I appreciate the shoutout to us Vol swimmers. The whole "running is easy/swimming is easy" banter was good fun...great memories. It's awesome to see your success since Nicole and I last saw you at IMFL in '08. All the best and hopefully we'll see you racing soon. Drop me a line.

AH Yes good times indeed!! Cool  I am headed to K-Town for New Years, looking forward to swimming in that kick ass new facility they built!!  Four weeks into swim camp and I finding out that both running and swimming are tough sports, each has their positives and negatives but really what is tougher is triathlon.  It's not the double session swim days, its the 10 mile run or intervals on the bike in between each session that makes it so tough Wink  Good to hear from you!!! As always, GO VOLS!!!!!!

i am more comfortable with swimming.. because its more fun.. and it ain't be easy... but its the fun and water factor that makes it easier than running!
