30min in, and James is sitting in the 2nd group, swimming with Chrissie on one side, and Sebastian Kienle on the other.

Benji Sanson first out in just over 46min, Andreas right behind. James et al about 3min back. Apparently he looks strong and is moving quickly through transition.

Looks like web updates are accurate today!

10k in and James and Seb are riding about 3:30 behind Raelert. Everyone looks nice and relaxed.

Andreas and Benji are starting to pick up the pace, James and Seb now static at about 3min back

Chrissie seems to have started slow, but is starting to find her rhythm. Bek has been joined by BG just over a minute back.

The Guys are really moving now. The feeling seems to be that the winning time will be around 7:45.

Chrissie is pushing now, the gap has climbed quite quickly to almost 2min over Bek, with BG inbetween but in Bek's sights.

Seb's on the move, about 30sec ahead of James, who is still about 3min behind Raelert.

Sorry, power went out, so couldn't post any more.

Well done Bek, another sub 9!

Sorry James, tough choice but the right one.
