Just wanted to say a big THANKS to all of you.  I have been on this forum off and on for 2 years or so and have gained so much knowledge here.  When you guys brought the online coaching on board I knew that it was going to be great and when I made my first IM attempt I wanted to go at it the right way.  I have been coached by Scott now for 8 months and couldn't be happier.  This past weekend I finished my first IM and got a Kona slot, and I would have to give credit to the information I have found on here and to the great plan that Scott came up with.

Thanks again for the great service that you guys provide!  Also over the past 2 years I have been fortunate enough to meet several of the athletes on the team, as well as Alex and you guys/gals are all class act people and it is always good chatting with you, I can't say that for some of the other pros I have met.  I am still waiting for the day that I meet the "boss".  Keep up the hard work and hopefully see most of you out in Kona!

thanks for your kind words .
if you can spread the word around the tri traps that we do unlock  the performance with in personally
that would be great
meetin the boss is a bit of a let down , so no big thing there ,
he is more a myth , and sometimes is best viewed that way  Grin

I heard I missed an appearnce back at a race earlier this year that I was at.  I was quite disappointed I didn't hear you yell at me to HTFU and run harder Wink  Hopefully one day our paths will cross!

I have been spreading the word about how great of a job Scott is doing, I mean he is 2 for 2 on sending his athletes to Kona Wink

he has the advantage that matty o has and others we put on as coaches .
they are not doing it for the money .
they truely love the coaching, and helping others see it doesnt have to be rocket science or cost a fortune to make unbelieveable gains .
dilligent in every way when trying to help their students .

It comes down to how bad does the athlete really want it. Its not rocket science but its by no means easy either.  Shocked

In the end, you gotta want it. That to me is the differentiation. A great coach will help you unlock what it is you are capable of if you want it bad enough.  Skin to win. Wink

Another happy customer.

Scott has guided me through Embrunman and IM Wales within 4 weeks. With a top 50 finish in Wales I've certainly exceeded my expectations with a year's worth of consistent training tailored to my ever changing circumstances.

After missing a Kona slot to a stacked euro field by 2 places I think I may change plans for next year to scratch that it...Plus ageing up will help (I would have qualified easily in the 40-44 AG).

Here's to another year....

What Fegan leaves out is that he balanced his training with his work/family life.  Fegan battled the cold wet winter commuting to work nearly everyday and then with birth of his baby boy, McKormic, he had another lifestyle adjustment to make.  But never complaining got nearly every session in and took down the beast of them all, Embrunman, back in August.  As promised he was super strong coming off that one and fully prepared for Wales!  These two will have you read to snag that slot next season my man!  Congrats on a wonderful season!!!

Way to go Fegan! Love to hear success stories like this. No excuses. Just do the best you can with what you have.
