Since you had a strong run, it proves that you have better fitness than you think on the bike!
And paced/feed yourself well.
Which are 2 things some will never figure out...
But none the less definetly keep on chipping away at your bike legs!
And focus on more strength/power to ultimately raise your best aerobic pace down the road
