Hi Matt, just wanted to let you know I finished my ironman last sunday.  All went well, followed all the pacing advice.  Bike still way out of line but good swim and really strong run.  Loved every bit of it!  Can't believe how quickly i've recovered.  Gonna training over for a few weeks and then focus on cracking the bike for next year

Hey Lyn thanx for the update and good work on your first IM.

Since you had a strong run, it proves that you have better fitness than you think on the bike!
And paced/feed yourself well.
Which are 2 things some will never figure out...

But none the less definetly keep on chipping away at your bike legs!
And focus on more strength/power to ultimately raise your best aerobic pace down the road  Grin
