Aaron Farlow had a swim of 45:01, a bike of 4:53:47 (R) and a run of 2:41:46 (R) for a total winning time of 8:24:34 - A NEW COURSE RECORD.

Awesome Aaron, congratulations!!! Everyone was down at the track and doing a bike session later, trying to get updates of you in between, that was a great race!! Very happy for you, enjoy the time at home

Well done Diana too any splits like that in most  other IM would have got her no1!!!
Shoot Aaron you have really lifted the bar in what can be tolerated now I think u will have a few tongues wagging mate!!! As Aussies would say " Ew bloody ripper"

great result, any idea  / guess of the actual distances. Swim  and run times area bit quick.
At least it shows it's not just Roth that's a bit dubious.

Still same for everyone i suppose.
